We loved being able to sit outside and watch the AMAZING fire show and order from both the Japanese menu and the Steakhouse menu. We sat for 3.5 hours enjoying amazing food, fantastic service, and a great show-and only spent $150USD including tip. Great experience.
Did not stay at the hotel, but had breakfast, walked the sand bank, and had to come back for lunch. We are Mexican and can confirm the food is great and the service is top notch. So much so, that my son left a printed poem at the breakfast table, and they searched for it 45 minutes to find it for him (without us insisting it was important!).

We tried several dishes and each one was better than the last.
Super helpful waiters and chefs were lovely with all menu questions.
Next time in Holbox we will not hesitate to return.
