The food is wonderful. Well presented, imaginative, and with intense flavors. The pasta with lobster is a success. The treatment is exquisite and they are constantly attentive to your needs. And the dessert... how beautiful! Highly recommended, you can't leave without trying it.

Amazing Food, Drinks, and atmosphere.
The fish, shrimp, and pastas were all amazing! The shrimp adobo was some of the best we had ever had.

Came here for my first year anniversary with my wife and the food was impeccable, I eat at a lot of fine dining and my expectations were exceeded, and for such a good price! Staff super helpful in making the evening a memorable one with plenty of advice in the weeks leading up to tonight.

We had the 6 course meal and it was outstanding. As with any gourmet, much of the experience is the novelty and they delivered some really delicious and novel fair. They were able to accommodate gluten free and made modifications or different options as needed so I could enjoy the meal as well. Our hostess was very attentive and also spoke perfect English, which was very helpful for me.

Experience was phenomenal. Choice of music is awesome. The tamarind drink was delicious. Food presentation was wow. Service was a pleasure. Me and my wife did the tasting menu. We weren’t too fond of the five stages chocolate dessert and the flank beef.

The food and wine is cheap and of really bad quality(probably they make the most money out of it). They announce themselves as high dining, but I live in Washington, DC. I've been to multiple Michelin star restaurants, so I know the difference. The only similarity with Michelin was the price. Also, I called in advance to ask if they took card and their card reader didn't work so I had to pay fully in cash with no notice (convenient for them since there's no transaction record, probably no tax either). No air conditioner so it was torture being out there for close to 3 hours. I thought they can afford AC with the millions they are charging for their cheap tiny food. The first three courses were awkward. I am surprised I didn't get sick, since it combines multiple ingredients for a strange taste. The fourth was the only good one. The desert was good but someone added a frozen grape that didn't go with the chocolate.

(we also had the whole restaurant to ourselves bc other reservations that evening failed to notify the restaurant of their cancellations - during carnaval!)food presentation was whimsical, all of the dishes were delicious - highly recommend the tasting menu! definitely recommend for a memorable meal.

Whenever we are in Holbox, we will visit Milpa several times. Everything in the menu is prepared with such professionalism and perfection, it is so delicious. This is a very unique and wonderful restaurant in Holbox, none like it. The tasting menu is not to be missed. We love Milpa and their new place is awesome, thank you for such wonderful food.

I struggle to recall a more beautiful, creative, and warm dining experience. The tasting menu was a magical experience, brought to life by our server, the owner's sister, who took time to enchant us with the details of each dish. I would recommend this without hesitation to anyone who appreciates delicious food and beautiful environments.
