Expensive but good, these two parameters don't usually go together but this place is the exception. I still don't understand the mystery of why so many Argentinians in Holbox and here is not the exception either but what they do they know how to do very well, a flavor experience, just put mosquito fans

I can't speak highly enough of this place! You would struggle to find a restaurant anywhere in the world that's as good as this for the price you pay! Firstly, our server, Gabriel, was exceptional! Very friendly and with a knowledge of and passion about the menu that assured us we'd be in for a treat! The food is extremely well thought out, using fresh ingredients with flavors and textures paired incredibly! Unfortunately, we were feeling a bit dehydrated, so choose not to indulge more with drinks, but did try the delicious virgin hibiscus mojito, which leaves me confident they bought the same level of attention to detail, passion and knowledge to their drinks as the do to the rest of the experience. Exceptional! No notes!

Absolutely must eat here if you're in Holbox - the food was phenomenal, each dish that came out was better than the last and it was the best meal I had the entire trip! The cocktails were good, there was a great variety of food and you can't go wrong with whatever you order.
Our group was a little testy when we arrived (we made the poor choice of walking over during mosquito hour), and staff was quick to set up fans and smokers with cinnamon and rosemary to ward the mosquitoes away. Gabriel told us the food would make up for that trek and he was absolutely correct. I only wish I had room to eat even more.
We're still talking about the Pan de Elote (save room for all of the desserts!) and the Carajillos
