A very nice sushi restaurant with a great atmosphere under the open sky. Very modern ambience with a pool and plenty of loungers. The sushi and the service are very good! The best sushi we've found so far... Info: The selection for vegans is very limited!

Iwas back in Holbox this year and was super excited to come back and experience the restaurant again but was very disappointed. The sushi was definitely pre-made and refrigerated and had been for a while. I chose one of the "Chef's selction" plates, which is usually the best and freshest and it was possibly the worst sushi I've ever had anywhere.
