We hebben 3 keer op het strand gelegen. We hadden een fantastische ober( Omar) Maar telkens bij de afrekening kwam er 1 of andere toeslag bij. Ofwel voor het proper maken van het strand, of een extra tax omdat er 2 cruiseschepen lagen. We voelden ons in het zak gezet. Ze kwamen ook steeds vragen of je iets wou eten. Als je de ligstoelen gratis mag gebruiken,begrijp ik dat je iets moet drinken,en eventueel iets eten. Maar het werd regelmatig gevraagd.

The taxi people at the port all seemed to be promoting this one place for some reason...Pros:- Not bad for the price.- Nice beach: blue water, not rocky, minimal seaweed.- Good service.- Tasty drinks.- Close to the port.Cons:- We were overcharged. The bill only had the amount in pesos. Calculate the conversion to dollars on the spot so you can challenge it if needed.- We got asked to buy random stuff every couple minutes by roaming merchants and performers.- Water is fenced in...
