Don't waste your time in this place. Service is awful. We were on the line waiting for a table and they let other people to have our table and they did not have reservation. Once we finally got a table, the table was dirty and they told us that they were only taking cash. It would've been nice to know it before hand

the food is by far the blandest Mexican food in existence. the nachos have basically cheese whiz on them. the drinks are strong which is good i guess but i really would not recommend getting food here
Vegetarian options: honestly i just could not recommend the food less. they have vegetarian options so that’s a win i guess but everything is super overpriced for the quality of food and ingredients that you receive.

I came here on my cruise and wanted to have a snack and a margarita with my girlfriend. We had two "margaritas" which were more like icees. Too sweet and didn't have any alcohol in it. And an order of flautas to share. The flautas were disgusting and the lettuce they used for it was so old and gross looking. The bill total? $61USD. Don't go here at all. Avoid it like the plague. Others mention that they steal credit card info too. So if you're unfortunate enough to go here, pay cash. 1/10.

Flautas tasted like store bought Tex-Mex and came with canned jalapeños. We ordered two of the palm tree margaritas, super sugary and not even tasty, didn't even taste any alcohol in it. Get ready to make a mess with the palm tree drinks. Lively atmosphere though, and our server was nice.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! On 4/29/24 we ate here and paid with our credit card. It took our server about 15 minutes to come back with our credit card. We had to ask another waiter to find him because we had been waiting way too long for him to come back with our card. That night we noticed two charges from Aero Mexico one for $82.13 and the other for $1,095.57. After reading reviews this has happened to many other customers.

We come off the cruise ship to find some drinks and food. It's a group of 10 of us (African American) were at the table. We only had 6 seats which was fine because 4 went swimming at the swim up pool. All of us got drinks...which the waiter (Javier) said we had to get from bar ourselves because he didn't make money by bringing us our drinks. I sent my daughter and a few others to get them for us. We instantly saw the same waiter seat and bring drinks to a table of 4 white people...hmmm I'm thinking...ok I won't read into that but it did make us feel off. Anyway...We got our drinks from the bar and sat down to look at the menu. 1 person from our group decided he didn't want to eat. The waiter (Javier) snatches his menu out of his hand. Again made us feel uneasy but maybe we are reading too deep into it. I said I'm going to start off with fries and decide if I wanted a burrito or a quesadilla. We all started off with appetizers. The waiter (Javier) takes our order and is pissed we are starting off with fries! It's an appetizer?!? So why are you upset. He proceeded to tell/yell to me that we were wasting his time and that we needed to leave so he can have "real" paying customers. I ignored him at the point and didn't give him a reaction. I really think he was expecting us to just leave or give a reaction...I gave him neither. Javier bought the fries out, was still very cold to us, but super nice to all the lighter skinned and white people around us that were just sitting at the tables and weren't even ordering!!! We paid with cash and left. Never again!I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not wheelchair accessible, NOT family friendly and definitely not a safe space for any people of color. Horrible experience to have for me and my daughter's birthday. I hope this business tanks.

You may look at my breakdown and say “why is it one star,” well, the nachos I got were fine tasting nothing special but they MESSED up my stomach. I ate here on Wednesday, it is now Saturday and I still have diarrhea. The food did come out fast though and we haven’t had any credit card fraud yet.
