The service is good, the prices are the same as in other restaurants, good beach space and you can continue using the facilities even when the restaurant has already closed.

Excellent food, delicious shrimp with garlic, fish with a Mayan recipe, delicious grilled and water, super fresh chili, highly recommended, Moisés served us, super attentive!!! Everything excellent

Kid-friendliness: My children had an incredible time, there are kayaks included for consumption, the sea is super calm to play and enjoy, rest or have a massage while you watch the children have fun.

Visited Caribbean Life this past week while on a Royal Caribbean cruise. Great beer and great service. They also facilitated a snorkeling trip for my spouse. We will be back!

We snorkeled with them. The guide was good and they are very friendly. But, they promise you photos and it took us more than 3 days to send them, even though we were no longer in Mahahual; This is because they were supposedly editing them, but I see them as very blurry and unedited. Be careful there.

Terrible service, they have no respect for the time of their clients and they have not found out that they are the ones who are offering a service: they were not able to provide plates and cutlery during the entire time we waited for our food, but until we went to the kitchen to demand them because we could not start eating. The seasoning of the food was not good, there are better restaurants in the area. Likewise, the management tried to excuse themselves with having a lot of customers, however the establishment was at 50% of its capacity. We were deliberately ignored by the management when we tried to complain and they finally responded with a "deduct it from the tip", pretending that such an answer would make up for the violence with which we were treated. Finally, there is systemic abuse in the area because they try to charge a commission for credit card payments, however this is a practice punishable by Mexican law, don't be fooled.

Food was just so so. Service staff were very nice and helpful. It was an ok morning spent by the beach. Overpriced for what you get. Then they get you even more with a terrible exchange rate. I would not go back.

I have put a star although it really does not deserve one. The service is bad and the food even worse. Half an hour to tell us that the dish we had ordered was not available and another half hour to tell us that they couldn't serve us anything (neither to drink nor to eat) because they were receiving the beer. Finally one of the waitresses went into the kitchen to prepare something for us and we appreciate her intention but the food is terrible, the nachos are a tragedy, the ones in the movies are much better and the octopus is disrespectful to the poor animal that they killed it for such a deplorable preparation. The costs are very expensive, 40 pesos for a regular beer and 45 pesos more for a bit of lemon and salt to make a chelada. Don't really waste your time or your money, especially the time, we only came for two days and half of one we spent waiting to be served.

One of the worst places I ate in Quintana Roo... too bad because the beach is by far one of the prettiest in Mahahual. Slow service, bad food (my octopus arrived cold after more than 40 minutes of waiting, served with boiled vegetables without any taste!), totopos and nachos old, the waiter didn't even say thank you when I paid because I only left a 5% tip (not deserved, by the way).AVOID ABSOLUTELY!

The food and service are both really bad. But worst of all, they start blasting really loud music at 7am. This is too early for everyone sleeping in the bungalows nearby. Stop playing loud music so early...there are no customers and you're not even open at this time.
