A great location away from the cruise port. The minute we got to the beach someone sat us down and made sure that we had everything we needed. I asked for tacos de Pastor, and he told me not to worry and brought a plate right to me!! A great addition to our vacation!!
We landed at this place and felt very comfortable from the onset. Very friendly staff, prices were mostly reasonable (a grilled fish was very pricy though) but everything you could do at Mahahual. Food, drinks, massage, beach and all of the souvenir vendors come to you.
October 2019, traveled with Carnival and instead of paying for an excursion we booked outside.. still cheaper than a carnival priced visit, but be careful.Beach is CROWDED and this location has A LOT of solicitor's, including small children making leaf art and constantly approaching you.. dont forget women offering massages and hair braiding.Cool thing is there is a mini strand like shopping center you can walk to buy goods or look at other beach options, in general area...
