The service was incredible because they sent me the pizza super fast. Exactly at the time they had told me. The food just didn't have much flavor, I recommend the pizza with black olives because it was the one I liked the most, but honestly the pineapple had no flavor, neither did the cheese, the whole pizza came stuck in the box... I hope they can improve this!

We met a young man in the port who sent us there. $15 for a beach chair and nice beach. Plus $4pp to get back by taxi. The man who greet you at the LOS ARRECIFES Beach & Restaurant was very friendly. But at the end of the day he stole our towel from the ship. The staff was angry at us for going next door for a massage (which we paid $30 for 1 hour). So we feel they got us back by holding our towel and it somehow disappeared. I’ve posted a photo of the man. Really sly and dishonest. Otherwise our time was nice. Swimming was nice. The young man at port tells you the beers are $2 each but those are for the mini ones. (Again misleading). So you must ensure with the young man at the port that it’s not this location. Other salesmen will get you to go toy their friends place. Lots of different places. We owe $25 to the cruise ship for our lost towel.

Homemade pizza, very tasty, it has many varieties of pizzas, they serve it to you in 15-20 minutes depending, quite good and pleasant service, it comes with a variety of sauces 10/10

Awesome spot. Service was great and no seaweed on the beach. Food was very good and the service was fantastic. We were approached by a young man at the port that mentioned this place. Glad we took a chance and listened. Will return next time.

We were taken here by the taxi in our cruise trip when we went on a port excursion. The beach is more like a logoon. The water is clear torquoise, no waves, and definitely fun to be in. However, the place itself is terrible. The toilet was flooded, and shower was dirty. Our kids wanted to eat something, so we ordered two items. After a long wait, they brought the wrong items and insisted that is what we had ordered. When refusing to accept the item, the staff, including the manager, insistwd on making us pay for the items or call police. The attitude was very rude, service was pitiful. "You are not in your country" is what they had to say when asking logical questions about customer service. The nearby beaches are better, but I couldn't vouch for the service. Please avoid if you can.
