Without a doubt, after driving from Tulum, the best place in Mahahual to stay, eat VERY good and delicious, and stay on the beach all day. The services and staff are very attentive and the facilities are SUPER, better than the rest, it is safe!!!
We spent our day in port at Malecón21. This place did not disappoint. We bought the $40 package which goes toward your food and drink costs, so by the end of the day, all we owed was the tip!

There are no waves on Mahahual beach, this happens because of the coral barrier, and the locals have placed a net along the coast which stops the sargassum, it is fantastic. Now, I highly recommend this place Malecon 21 since the food is great, they have a good mixology menu, the place is beautiful, the service is attentive and detailed (Marco served us, the young man was super nice, he has great stories like when he parachute) and you can rest here all afternoon enjoying the...
