We have visited here several times in the past for the all inclusive this time was a huge disappointment and won’t be back. Food is still fairly good but the service non existent. Unless drinking beer the drinks were nasty had two the entire time and did t finish either. The chairs are uncomfortable and worn out. Look down the boardwalk and places have real cushioned nice chairs. Massages at their place 70.00 an hour walk down the boardwalk and they are 25-30 dollars. Plenty of other options to explore on the boardwalk. Highly recommend you do

We had a group of 12 ladies from age 20s to 50s (mothers and daughters). We were a little nervous with having to arrange transportation from the cruise port, but just outside the port we found the cab stand and a helpful attendant got us all quickly into a large cab together for $4 each and we arrived at Nohoch Kay about 12 minutes later. We were immediately greeted by our phenomenal host Yorbing who showed us to our beautiful beach site with comfy chairs and lots of privacy. He served us the most delicious giant tray of Shrimp, fish, guacamole, ceviche and chips immediately, and got the drinks flowing with super smooth tequila shots all afternoon! We also ordered unlimited quesadillas, tacos, etcetera for lunch and all were very tasty. Yorbing took amazing care of us and arranged our cab back to the ship seamlessly. We all agreed it was a perfect beach day!

I booked this all day beach excursion on my own during a recent Carnival Cruise to Costa Maya. It was so relaxing, the food was awesome. Yorbing was very nice to us, service was good. I would definitely go again. The only negative thing is the amount of vendors that approach you to buy stuff. We were constantly having to tell them no thank you. We did eventually buy something and my friend had a great time haggling with them on the price.

The food and service were great. The problem is that what they tell you (3 times very explicitly) about the food is apparently incorrect when it comes to the bill. We were told we were going to have Grouper (again 3 times) , we ate, and then when we received the bill, it was increased by 100 pesos. When questioned, they stated we had Miro, we said no we were told Grouper. This type of business conduct is what leaves a bad taste in your mouth no matter how good the food is. We travel here multiple times a year and will never recommend Nohoch due to this behavior.

There were 10 ladies in our group. At the port we found a friendly girl who got our large group into a taxi. Quick ride there. We were immediately greeted with a very friendly welcome and given all the information that we needed to know for our relaxing day at the beach. We were pampered and catered to by Yorbing Manzanero and his crew. We had reservations and were quickly brought to our front row seats on the beach. He started us off with a sampler platter to show us some things on the menu. Then we ordered our favorites from there. Everything was so yummy! The shrimp and cheese quesadillas were my favorite and the shrimp tacos were a huge hit with our group. The drinks were awesome and plentiful! It was all included and the area was not crowded at all. Many of us also got a relaxing massage for a great price that was awesome! I cannot recommend Yorbing and his crew enough! It was the best excursion and I would definitely return on the next cruise or trip to Costa Maya!?

Spent a day off the cruise ship in Costa Maya at this resort. Yorbing was such a wonderful host! He made sure we were fed and our drinks fresh constantly! Such a beautiful place with delicious foods and staff. Don't get fooled by the other "resorts"...this one has it all...can't wait to go back! Don't forget to ask for Yorbing...he will handle everything...including your taxi ride back to the ship!

Have been here many times. My favorite place to go to. The food the people especially Yorbing Manzanero. Every time we are here he is so gracious. The best food ever and drinks included. Very clean and friendly. Lots to do.

This spot is absolutely beautiful, and there isn’t too many people. Water is beautiful and felt incredible. Food and drinks were to die for. Food is all fresh and you can tell! Yorbing took incredible care of us and the service was perfect. Yorbing was very friendly and welcoming. The ladies that do the massages on the beach did an amazing job also, highly recommend.

We were cruising on the Allure of the Seas and booked the Hool and Cook excursion at Nohoch Kay. The whole experience was fabulous! Captain Nacho and his helper went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We caught a 50lb barracuda, two smaller ones and a few snappers. We returned to shore and the staff prepared it into delicious ceviche, fried snapper and grilled barracuda with garlic sauce and sides. Unlimited drinks were also included in the package. It was a fabulous day!

amazing place with amazing people; and amazing food and the scene is beautiful. you can sleep relax, and there’s usually a guy that sings and that was my favorite part. the only downside is there’s a lot of sellers there and i feel bad for turning them down so you gotta have a lot of willpower to do that, but overall my favorite part of my week

We happened on this place after taxi dropped us off at the boardwalk. We hung out there for 3-4 hours while our ship was at port and ordered drinks and snacks. The people were super friendly. The service was excellent, and the food good! The bathrooms were clean too. A couple of street performance groups came by to provide entertainment and there were great massages available too for a really good price. One not of caution. There is a nefarious crew in a shack next to the establishment offering free shots. I’d stay away from that place at all cost. When we were ready to head back to the ship, the waiters called a cab for us who drove right up to the door to retrieve us for return trip. I’ll definitely hit this place up again if my ship docks there again.
