Everything was great the only reason for a 4 star was the constant peddlers selling stuff, the only way to get away from them was to go for a swim, luckily the water is a beautiful clear turquoise ! It’s worth a visit just be prepared for the peddler swarm.

This was our first time visiting Costa Maya via a cruise ship. We had heard of the Tropicante through research and decided to give it a try. It was a $4/pp taxi ride, and then $3/pp for a lounge chair in the shade. Can't beat that! Our party of 8 was seated in the shade per our preference.
