The food here is HORRIBLE. We literally had ONE bite of the pastor and we couldn’t eat it. Even the grill cheese was horrible and nothing like its supposed to be. We told them to give us the check, and told them about the tacos and the cheese, they said they wouldn’t change the price because they already did them. So we spend $90 for nothing.

Incredible food! This is a gem among tourist traps. The staff are superb and friendly, the food catches you off guard with it's flavor. Ask for the spicy sauces!! :)We had both a variety of tacos and the quesadillas, multiple days and phew it was good!The only problem is that they have a Señor Frogs across, but that's hardly the fault of the restaurant, as they suffer from it too.

If you are on 5th avenue, this is the best prices and atmosphere. The tacos and the staff were amazing. Don’t waste your money on the 5th avenue mark-up. This is the only place to eat with your significant other or your family! Will come here and walk to ceviche corazon for drinks!!

Great place to grab a quick meal. We had chicken nachos and some al pastor tacos. Everything was good. The nachos were better than their version of Al pastor for me. Still, good friendly service and tasty eats. We'd definitely come back!

Got 2 al pastor tacos and it was just okay, and definitely not worth the $2 for the tacos. Little meat, unripe pineapple, and weak tortilla.I originally just wanted quick tacos to-go but they charge 15 pesos for that. I ended up sitting and paying a tip instead. Not a fan of that policy.

Great deal connected to the strip across from senor frogs. Awesome 5 taco deal. Take a second to see the off strip places. They have the best food

Though the restaurant has a modest look (no frills, no glamour) the food was excellent. We went there as a family and ended up returning the day after seeking the fabulous tacos and parillada. Where it not for the prices (a bit high for such establishment) and the tables/chairs which were a bit disheveled, I’d easily have given it a 5-star. The welcoming hostess/waitress was really gracious, funny and articulate. One thing to keep in mind is the fact that next-door they are restaurants with extremely loud music. But this is a Playa Del Carmen, after all, isn’t it?
