Everything is excellent, only the purchasing process is strange, you have to go get your food, but I think it is agile, you no longer have to wait for the waiter for your things or wait for the bill at the end since you pay before, even so I consider it deserving in service but everything delicious and at a good price.

This place is not for picky eaters as you will have to go pay at the till and pick up your food. 14 years ago I lived in Playa de Carmen and this place fed me at that time and the flavor is the authentic southern snacks. I recommend the chicken tostadas and empanadas in general.

They deliver food without a single garnish. Although the dish is well paid. They don't take the time to review what they give the customer to take away. And there weren't any people when I passed by.

This became a local favorite go to spot. The Mole ecperience was the best I ever had, so complex, so divine. I also love that it is not a tourist spot, rather a genuine local experience.

There is a variety of dishes, but the costs are high, and the service is terrible, you have to know the dishes perfectly, and specify how you want it, it is almost self-service, there are no waiters, nor anyone to serve you, only cashier and cooks, there is no service at the table, just a table with sauces, cream and cheese where everyone has to come and put whatever they want, and the dishes you ordered are handed to you shouting "be careful" you have to be alert when they shout at you, and go to pick up your order quickly if the cooks don't bother.

I returned after 10 years and to my surprise, the business grew a lot and did not lose its flavor, quality and fair prices...You still have to order and pay at the cashier before eating, and sometimes you feel like something else but the hassle of paying and signing again is overwhelming, it's lazy but hey, the place is still perfect
