This is the 4th time we celebrate a birthday at this location. Every time we're in Playa del Carmen, we make a reservation here. We love the attention to service and the feeling of safeness we get at this restaurant. They have a room where kids can play and that is a special detail that allows for other guests to eat in peace without kids running around. Which i believe is a special detail. We also received a special treat to celebrate a birthday which was special to us. The ambiance was perfect and the food was delicious. This place never ever disappoints!

We came here for a nice dinner with our large group of 15 celebrating my best friend's bachelorette. Food was great! Steak and broccoli that I will be thinking of forever. Cocktails were also delicious with table side preparation. The ambience was lively and energetic the entire time. Dylan and Nancy were amazing along with the rest of the team who was all very attentive to our group. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to be back again.

La comida es muy buena. La atención del Personal es excelente. Solo que no tenían varias cosas del menú, incluidos cortes básicos como Rib Eye. En general la experiencia es buena.

Siempre me ha gustado el lugar y cada que voy a playa trato de comer ahí con la familia y amigos, pero esta vez fue un poco decepcionante, pedimos 2 cosas y no tenían el ingrediente principal, así que tuvimos que cambiar la orden, el capitán se acercó muy amable y nos dio una solución para el ingrediente que faltaba en la ensalada y todo estuvo muy bien, lo único que debo criticar es que las instalaciones están faltas de mantenimiento, a leguas se ve el descuido, que para ser “prime” deja mucho que desear, quizás lo más notorio para mi y mis acompañantes fueron las pantallas, muuuy viejas, sucias, rotas.. (era muy notorio ya que estábamos viendo el futbol). Sería muy bueno que le pusieran atención a estos detalles.
The medium rare steak was medium not medium rare and it was served plain without salt or pepper offered and without any options of mushrooms or sauce with the steak. Very expensive and while staff was nice, servers didn't speak English and getting the bill took more than 15 min and I when I paid the server quickly excused himself for some reason and never returned with a copy of the final bill or breakout afterwards, despite waiting another 10 minutes for him to return with it. Very overpriced for what you received. After paying several hundred US dollars for this dinner will certainly never return as there are better steak houses in the city that are more focused on the customer.

Dined here on our last night in Playa Del Carmen, and our experience blew our expectations! Our server was outstanding, and the food was fantastic! Great atmosphere and vibe, and since it's upstairs, it's comfortable compared to the hot street of 5th Avenue. Will definitely dine here again when I visit next.

I went for my birthday. Since it was on a Sunday the place was rather quiet, not many people, or lively.. so I would suggest going on a Friday/Saturday for a livelier more interactive experience.. but the food was good, the ambience is lovely, and a more intimate setting compared to the downstairs restaurants. The detailed version: The food was good, and the presentation was amazing. We asked for medium-well but my bf left it on the grill plate a bit too long so it was well done by the time we got it lol. My mash potatoes were cold by the time the food was brought out but the fries that came with the meal were lovely. I loved the variety and creativity of the cocktails. My drink was super cute and a definite photo opp. The birthday celebration was nice! They brought a sparkler which was a nice touch—- But the process was a bit unclear, when we asked for the birthday sparkler they told us they didn't have many desert items left for the night so he listed about 4 items.. including my cheesecake which I blindly chose unaware it wasn't complimentary lol.. and brought it out with a sparkler. The cheesecake was 10/10 so despite the confusion the taste made up for it. The hostess outside was honestly amazing. She was very lively and took pictures of me and my bf and even sung happy birthday and danced with us. Overall I enjoyed my birthday dinner.
This is my favorite place, that's why I keep going. The service is outstanding. Special thanks to Jorge Capistrán, Pablo Vladimir Choque, and all the waiting staff who always give an amazing service. And last but not least, the food is so delicious.
La calidad de la carne ha disminuido y por el contrario los precios han subido, esta vez si no sentí calidad-precio, acabo de comer en El Almacén del Bife de León y la carne está muchísimo mejor que el Sonora Prime, ojalá corrijan eso porque era de mis restaurantes favoritos.

A wonderful experience. My partner and I went for Valentine's Day. The food was great. Drinks were great! We got a complimentary VDay card customized with a photo of us! The service was impeccable and the card was a nice cherry on top! Would recommend 11/10

We have visited the sister restaurant in Puerto Vallarta many time an and it is one of our favorite places. This location serves red vine chilled which to me is very uncommon. The wine selection is terrible and they seem to know very little about the few wines they have. The importance at this location is purely focused on music and videos and looking good
