This place never disappoints, so delicious! Well until now. Ordered Lamb Samosas and got vegetarian ones. Still good just not what I wanted.

I read the 1 and 3 start reviews. Pendejos. Of course it is basic and not elegant in the restaurant. I have lived in India and loved indian food all over the world. I was surprised by the quality. And the value. Hands down the best in playa. Samosas, biryani, tikka masala really good. Only knock maybe too bland like 3 star review. If you like spicy like me ask for more. Very grateful to have a good "go to" place to order indian.

Sunday 7:41 pm and we were told it's closed. When asked why, we were told they have to close early today and no update on timings. Free will running place so call, confirm and go.

Food like in India!!! We really enjoyed the food and we will definitely be back to try the whole menu. Thank you

Delicious food! Really fast service. I had the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan and both were delicious. The portions were quite small, so an appetizer is recommended if you’re really hungry. Either way, really good quality food and nice spices.

You can't get more local, right on the corner between Zazil ha and Colosio, one of the best experiences of this peculiar cuisine. Friendly, attentive, fast service, at very good prices.

Parking: Paid parking but only 10 to 10. However, inexpensive.

Cet endroit cuisine de très bons plats Indien. Nous avons choisis un poulet au beurre en combo avec le riz basmati et le poulet tika également en combo riz et naan. Par contre nous avons pris pour apporté puisqu'il n'y avait personne dans le resto un vendredi soir et ça donnait une ambiance peu invitante à manger sur place. La serveuse était très sympathique.

Aryan is a cozy restaurant in Playa with a chill atmosphere and vibe. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious, authentic and reasonably priced. Im always looking for a good Indian restaurant when i travel and Arya has met and exceeded any expectations. I will be visiting this restaurant frequently while im here in Playa.

Recommended dishes: Combo Chicken Tikka Masala

A wonderful jewel of an Indian restaurant in Playa Del Carmen.The starters of veg samosa, paneer pakora and onion bhaji were suberb.Then the palak paneer and yellow takda dal was made to our taste.The fresh roti and naan were lovely accompliment to the currries.The masala chai gave a final touch to a great Indian meal after 7 days of going without Indian food, so very much appreciated. Congratulations to the chefs (mexican) for learning and perfecting the art of Indian cooking.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian choices, so again much appreciated

I loved the food, I was already looking forward to trying Indian food and it exceeded my expectations, the prices are a little higher than in the restaurants in the area but the portions are abundant. The only detail I would like to mention was that when we went, the kitchen extractor fan didn't work very well and our eyes burned a little from the smoke and spices.

Very tasty food, friendly staff, chicken curry, tika masala and butterchicken were very tasty and well seasoned. The curry is highly recommended!
