The atmosphere of the place is super comfortable and romantic, a hidden place because I have been on the beach for 9 years and I had never seen it but without a doubt we will return to try many more dishes.

But THE BEST FOR ME WAS THE "TOM KHA GAI" which is the coconut milk soup and uffff delicious!

“This is one of the few restaurants in Playa that I go to frequently as it’s always tasty, with consistent quality and service, which is hard to find here. I have tried many things on the menu, my favorite would have to be their appie Samosa Chaat. It is made with tiny pieces of samosas cut up mixed w garbanzo and drizzled with a tangy mint, yogurt & tamarind chutney dressing. It’s addictive and I crave it all the time. The chicken tikka masala and the garlic butter naan bread with rice is also my go to dish. Love this place. The fact that I chose this place to celebrate my last 2 birthdays in a row says a lot! The owners are always there to make sure you have a great experience. I always bring new friends to try it and they always want to go back! “One of my favorite places to eat. The staff here is fantastic! Ernesto was our server, and he is one of the best! We absolutely loved his personality and his attention to detail, and his natural ability to make you smile and laugh... we love this guy! Everything was delicious. I started off with the spring rolls... very delicious, for my main course, I ordered the chicken tandoori (I highly recommend) ... it was so good, so full of flavor, with out a doubt it is one of my all time favorite dishes! And then Ernesto recommended the mango creme brulee, and it was amazing. Definitely check this place out and request Ernesto as your server. You will not be disappointed,“

“This is the best Indian restaurant in Playa del Carmen by far. I'd even go as far to say the best in Mexico!

The atmosphere of Indianos is truly wonderful. The environment is warm and welcoming. The staff are very kind and even the owner himself will make the time to greet your table himself. It makes you feel like you are eating your friends table.

And the food. Oh, the food. The food here puts even those I've held in high regard to shame. Everything is just incredible. The curries are rich with a tantalizing depth of flavors. Perfectly seasoned and spicy! They also can accommodate if you'd like less heat or more. I tend to like my food a bit on the spicier side and everything I had was superb.

I ordered the aloo gobi. My spouse had the chicken Tikka masala. Both were excellent. My potatoes were cooked perfectly and my cauliflower still had a bit of it's crispness to it's bite. My spouses chicken tikka masala had tender chunks swimming in vibrant and delectable curry. Our rice was perfectly cooked and fluffy. The garlic butter naan was tender yet crisp on its bottom. No chewy or tough naan here!!
I've also had the pleasure of ordering the chana masala. That is also an absolute delight! I actually don't think you could go wrong with anything you order here.

I have ended my meals with a masala chai. It comes out hot and fragrant. The spices in the tea are mellowed by the hot milk lending to a comforting drink and perfect end to your dining experience.

Over all I can't say enough good things. If you're looking for a great dining experience with even better food, this is it. You won't be disappointed. Portions are very generous and the price is more than fair.

“A delight of a place. The most authentic Japanese beach food, you can find takoyaki, ramen, tea, fried chicken, etc. The place is air-conditioned and has a bar and tables. The service was pretty good and the place was clean. I highly recommend it.“

“I was in the mood for a good Asian food spot and I got exactly what I wanted and then some! Food was awesome that teriyaki chicken was slamming and the fried rice with beef was awesome. The prices weren’t bad for the portion that you get, expect to spend 140-180 for dish. I mean the chef cooked it fresh off the Wok! It’s not a big place but if you are 4 people then you can get a table. I went for take out and my family and I enjoyed the food. We will go again! I recommend it!“

“Edit: reading some other reviws I have to add that we entered at the opning time (18:30) and most of the food was probably as fresh as it gets.As I am not a big sushi specialist I would rate it 4/5. I was quite pleased with the selection and quality. Tom yum goong is edible with cilantro overpowering the taste, maybe 2/5 to a Thai cuisine fan such as myself. Peking duck was dry. Couple of sauce dishes were rather bland. Spring rolls not too crispy but I honestly enjoyed them with cherry sauce. Tuna in sesame seeds was overcooked (if you like medium/raw) but still juicy. The chicken drumstick was dry and rather tasteless. Overall I would recommend to go with the sushi and springrolls.From desserts the coconut balls were quite good (juicy and sweet), donut like ball was dry, dumpling looking rum ball was good, cup cake thing was juicy but rather tasteless and the last one i would call strawberry on sawdust.“

The third time we got poki bowls again but also got the most delicious desert. The tempura cookies are amazing and the ice cream that is with them completely compliments them. Our servers name was Selene and she remembered what we ordered each time and what drinks we liked. We loved our experience and wish we lived here so we could eat here every day. Just be careful. “We ate here during our stay at Grand Velas. The food was excellent and it was included in our all inclusive stay. The sashimi was some of the best I've ever had and the friend lobster tail was delicious too. The ambiance is really cool and there was live music during dinner too.“
