No idea what the hype is all about and we are fried chicken lovers. I really wanted to love this chicken, but this chicken is terrible. Very tiny pieces of chicken and VERY VERY overpriced even by Playa del Carmen standards. Odd flavor, tasted old. Mashed potatoes taste like burnt potatoes with a vinegar gravy, inedible,really awful. The mac and cheese wasn't too bad. Much better chicken can be found elsewhere For a much lower price.

The chicken has a hint of sweetness to it and it’s extra crispy! If you’re looking for a taste of southern fired chicken this is the spot. The fries and the and Mac and Cheese are divine. And the customer service is top tier.

We had a taste for fried chicken, did a quick Google search and found this hidden gem! We had a whole chicken, with mac & cheese and corn as sides and it was everything we hoped it would be. Had a chance to speak with the owner while waiting for our food. She is a super nice lady that has come up with a great food offering that you normally wouldn't expect to find in PDC. The staff were also friendly and professional. We will definitely be return customers.

Some of the Best food in playa-del-carmen! Chicken is always juicy yet fried to perfection all of the sides are homemade and seasoned not a shortcut in sight. I have eaten here 6 times in 3 weeks

By far the best fried chicken I have ever had! And the Mac cheese omg, they call it “world class” they backed it up! Best Mac and cheese ever! I’m a tough customer, I’m telling you, go there with your eyes closed. It’s delicious and staff is super nice!

The food was all around really good. We had a whole chicken, lemon pepper honey wings, cabbage and macaroni and cheese. My big gripe is the wings are hilariously tiny for the price, but they did have great flavor. My husband loved how juicy the fried chicken breast was. They are dry at a lot of establishments. We enjoyed everything including the ambiance, owner, and interactions with other patrons while our food was being prepared.
