The girls who serve do so reluctantly and make their faces every time one approaches to place an order. They never have tapioca.
Terrible service the girls who serve don't even know how to do it, they don't know what customer service is. I recommend
They wanted to charge me $340 for four green teas with tapioca, when I asked the price they said that if they put the four together in the same order that's how it would appear and they hadn't noticed, then the problem was "solved" and they charged me the regular price .Within minutes of drinking my tea, I realized that they had not put tapioca in it, I had to return, the place was closed to customers 25 minutes before its announced schedule, even so I knocked on them and entered the place, I told them that they did not have tapioca my drinks and super rude they told me that's how they were served (so why the straw they gave me?), something that had never happened to me in any other branch, after arguing, a girl returned my money from her own bag, not out of the box, nor did he make any cancellations.Finally, they were not giving a ticket, so it gives a lot to think about.

I wish the owners were more attentive. It is not possible for you to go and not have the tapioca ready. Very rich. It is worth visiting them often :P
Workers really have problem. They just kidding each other and dont respect to customer. We order bubble tea without ice. They gave us with ice…
