To me its the best in playa, we took a burger and a toast i don’t remember which one but it was perfect.

My husband and I really enjoyed our lunch here. I got the bagel sandwich and green juice, he got the chilaquiles and coffee. They give you a lot of food and it is reasonably priced. The seating area is outside and dog friendly. We had a great meal.

The service is TERRIBLE. The guy working there was not at all friendly. No greeting when walking in just received a blank stare, almost looked annoyed I walked in. I had to ask for a menu and they don’t come to your table you have to go up to order. Upon ordering the rude man notified me that they were only taking cash. After reading a previous review that said they have been saying the card machine has been broken for months I am starting to think they just don’t want to process cards. Upon hearing this I walked out without ordering and chose another restaurant for breakfast. Don’t waste your time here. There are plenty of other vegan options that want your business.

Came here on a sweltering day in May for lunch with a group of 4. (They have fans, but no AC! Just FYI.)
We ordered the huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, pita wrap, an açaí bowl, and a smoothie. All of it was delicious (the cold drinks were especially welcome on a HOT day!), and I’d honestly recommend anyone getting it. I will say the huevos rancheros weren’t huge, which isn’t a bad thing—it was the perfect size for a filling but not overly stuffed lunch. But, if you’re REALLY hungry, I might recommend getting an additional side or something with it.
Definitely worth visiting!

Their Beyond Meat cheese burger is the best i ever had, it comes on a croissant and has two onion rings on the patty and lettuce tomato, ketchup, mayo. loved their bagel with whipped herb cream cheese. great location. fantastic deserts. i also got half portion of gluten free pancakes, they are exceptional.

Expensive ALL VEGAN restaurant. Had a lunch a couple of times here. They make good food. A variety of menu options. Nice place to stay. Love to try other menu, BUT
I don’t like they always solicit tips.

It's a wonderful place; take your chance if you're visiting Playa del Carmen. We visited it twice during our 2 days in PDC😉
Edit: after two weeks of road trip through Yucatan I can say: we had the best food/breakfast at The Pitted Date. ❤️❤️❤️

This was my favorite vegan food in Playa. We had the vegan Cesar, pancakes, the savory crepes and pecan pie. The pie was out of this world. Everything was super yummy. Great place close to coco beach. They run out of pastries early so take note but they have desserts all day.
