This place was hard to find since Google has very little information on it, such as saying it’s only open 10pm-12pm Fri-Sat (it is closed Saturdays, and otherwise open 9am-3pm and 6pm-midnight Sun-Thursday, and open only in the daytime on Fridays). When we did find it, however, it was soooo worth it.I believe it’s beef barbacoa that they do, which is like the milder, fattier version of birria…and they do it really, really well.
