Every time we come to Primos it's amazing- same chefs, waiters and same amazingly inventive fresh delicious recipes. New location is lovely. Always make it one of our fav meals every time in Playa.
My wife and I were on our honeymoon and we had an amazing experience here. The servers were very attentive and informative. They were thinking ahead, always checking in and educating us about the food. The food was outstanding. Elegant presentation and tasted great such a good price. We also loved that everything was cooked in an open air kitchen. One of the best food and dining experiences we've had.
Fue una velada maravillosa, la comida estuvo deliciosa al igual que el servicio, en especial nuestro mesero; se me pasó el nombre pero fue muy amable y eficaz. Gracias a todos por hacer especial esa noche. Le encantó a mi esposa el creme brûlée de cumpleaños.

En la reservación comente que era cumpleaños de mi esposa y la hostess no informo nada La cena estuvo muy y la atención esmerada pero no lograron hacer la noche especial por que simplemente no hizo su único trabajo la hostess Si regresaría pero cuidado con los detalles ya que cuentan mucho
Loved Sur! Great outdoor atmosphere! Delicious food! My family had beef carpaccio, Italian salad, clam chowder, filet, creamed spinach, sea bass, and a burger. The burger was out of this world! Amazing service by Jorge and Osito! They took great care of us Americans. I highly recommend!

Wow - Get this... My wife and I booked reservations at the wrong SUR. OMG! Some how the OpenTable app took us to SUR in Mexico. We attempting to book SUR in West Hollywood. Thank God for the fantastic Hostess. SUR was a bucket list item for my wife. We got there early (yes, the one in West Hollywood) and had a few drinks. 7:20 came and I proudly walked up to the Hostess to say we were ready for our 7:30 reservation. The place was packed, we flew in the night before from Scottsdale AZ (yes just to go to SUR). My wife was so crazy happy to be there and then boom! I had to tell her reservations were for SUR in Mexico. You would have thought I just took her new puppy away. She was devastated. As we stood at the bar discussing how this happen the Hostess must have seen the tears forming. Without our prompting she walked up and said I'll make this happen for you. I mean this was clearly our mistake. Headline = ** Hostess at SUR Saves Marriage** . Our dinner was fantastic, service excellent and later we walked over to TOM TOM for more drinks and fun. Yep, repeat customers 4 SUR!. Sexy Unique Restaurant has a culture of taking care of their customers like they are family.
Made a reservation, got seated and it took 30mins to even get drinks then it took another 30mins to place a order to be told that it would take a while because they are short staffed. The whole dinner experience was 2hrs in total.
