The place is like the rest of the site, very average...lack of maintenance of the building, the rain causes the plaster to fall.
The fans don't all work, so it gets stifling very quickly.
The bar service is very good, but they are understaffed.
No table service, too bad we are theoretically in a 5 star....

Please be careful and super observant of those around you. My drink was spiked while we were at the “Columpio Bar” on this resort. We believe it was another guest that did this.

The terrible hotel beaches do not clean the mud. The best thing about the black white bar is a waitress Paula who is charming, the best thing she has, super friendly.
