Es un hotel que recomendaría solo para pasar la noche, el restaurante para el desayuno no es ahí, sino hasta el hotel real del caribe, como a 10 min caminando, no hay elevador, y cuando nos hospedamos no había jabon ni shampoo en nuestro dormitorio

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y las personas de recepción fueron amables, el hotel lo utilizamos solo para dormir pues salíamos de excursión durante el día, Nuestro único problema fue el tema de que no tiene elevador y las toallas, durante 2 días la camarera, no hizo el cambio de toalla y el último día no había dejado ninguna toalla para bañarnos cuando llegamos ya en la noche éramos 3 personas, tuvimos que ir a alas 11pm a recepción a pedir toallas para bañarnos. También los últimos dos días nuestro cuarto se impregnó y tenía muchísimo olor a humedad, y pensé que al hacer la limpieza se quitaría pero no fue así llegábamos en la noche y el olor era demasiado fuerte, realmente no se si solo tendían las camas o no realizaban limpieza

Cada año vengo con mi familia a este hotel, en ésta ocasión me quedó a deber, el chico de recepción mal humorado, tenía ciertas dudas y no podía resolver nada, quería pagar con tarjeta y estaba descargada su terminal, traté de pagar en efectivo y que no tenía cambio, que le hiciera como pudiera, las habitaciones limpias, pero me faltaron toallas, tuve que bajar a solicitar las faltantes y nuevamente el recepcionista, me dice que no tenían pues apenas las estaban lavando, el hotel se encuentra a media cuadra de la quinta avenida, a la vuelta la terminal del ADO, el parque fundadores y la terminal de los ferry que van a Cozumel, no cuenta con estacionamiento.

Limpio buena atención..si buscas silencio no lo tienes es solo para no pasar la noche en la arena pero si lo recomiendo está cerca de la 5 avenida y lugares de recreación la playa restaurantes gracias

El hotel no brinda las comodidades que uno espera. Reconozco que su precio es accesible, pero tanto el personal (servicio pesimo) y la habitación (pequeña y con olor a humedad y encierro) dejan mucho que desear. Las fotos que se exiben no corresponden a la actualidad

The very best pasta dish I have ever had was the Pasta Marinera at Caribe 8 today!Clams and muscles and shrimp and squid, so much seafood inside one dish with a white sauce and pasta that I’d put up there with the best I’ve ever had.Everything was so fresh, prepared to order, a delivery of fresh seafood arrived as we were finishing our meal, straight from the daily catch.This dish could be served at the very best hotels and restaurants from Cancun to Tulum. You could see it fetch prices of $250-$350 (pesos) easily and you’d feel like you got your money’s worth.Today we enjoyed this huge plate of seafood pasta for $150 and felt as though we were experiencing something not many people get a chance to try.If you’re in Playa you have to stop by this place on 6th Ave and 15th, tucked in the area with a few other restaurants.If you’re in Cancun or Tulum, I’m not kidding when I say it is worth the drive to Playa just to have a meal here.***Best to be there between 11am and 5pm as that’s when their stove is on and their serving their “hot meals”.

I got to know this modest and adorable local seafood and Mexican food last December in its first week of opening and I loved it, not only because of the excellent and familiar treatment from all its staff, but also because of its menu, since in the area where it is located (Mercado en el C.C. Playa del Carmen) there is no this type of food. When I return I will not hesitate to go and try what is new on the menu. If you go by car you can park on Av. 15 or on the sides of the C.C. (6th and 8th street) and you will get a ramp for people with reduced mobility right at the entrance of the premises on Av.15, paid bathrooms located in the center of C.C.
