They are all..." My first job.....The manager works for everyone...the rest look like they are having a birthday.

Cierran a las 10 no a las 11 como dicen. They close at 22hrs. Ot 23hrs like specified, and they take too long to serve you.

It’s McDonalds so you get what you expect - great fast food, friendly service and the staff spoke English which was very helpful for us (& much appreciated). The restaurant itself was clean and our teens enjoyed the quick stop for dinner. The only downside were the female toilets - they were pretty disgusting and unusable in my opinion however the sinks are outside the toilets (in the restaurant) so it was fine to wash your hands. (My husband said the men’s toilets were fine).

Don’t go unless you have lots of time! The drive through typically takes between 15 minutes and 30 minutes. Last time we were here we were told to pull up to the door past the window where you get your food. We sat there for 20 minutes only to discover they’d forgotten our order!

Do not visit this horrendous place. It needs to be closed down if McDonalds doesn't want to lose their reputation in Mexico. I popped into this McDonalds just for a large fries and a large Coke. It wasn't a busy period but the staff is incredibly ignorant, arrogant and useless! It took 45mins to get served from the point I got there with 8 people before me. Then a further 15 mins for my order. The worst part of this is there was, that it looked fully staffed, with only one on the tills. another two just talking and oblivious of what's happening around them. Another five in the kitchen, who had no sense of urgency. Being from England, we know what fast food is, I've had faster service at a five start hotel. This experience absolutely ruined my visit to Playa del carmen. I never knew I could get so annoyed and effected by such ridiculous service and incompetence, under the umbrella of a world leading brand in a popular tourist area.

Refused to let my wife use the toilet until we had a food receipt, waited 30 minutes to be served as only one till was open, this is easily the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Rude staff terrible service, the whole place is in a state of disrepair and is fility. Avoid this place and eat somewhere else that not only wants you as a customer but is clean and nice to visit.

Can’t speak English and reckon they couldn’t give me 7 dollars change so gave me it in pesos. Gave me 30 pesos and smaller coins in change which is no where near correct. Ended up getting the “manager” who tried telling me it was right, then did some calculations and gave me at least another 130 pesos. Wasn’t sure if it was correct but was a lot nearer than before. Toilets were described by my friend as “Glastonbury” and you could smell them from outside. Avoid!!!

Big Qs- lazy staff - very dirty- cold food …I was here last year also …….surprised McDonald’s allow thier brand name to be messed up

Rappi showed on the map just around the corner from my home, then it was marked delivered. I waited 5 more minutes. None of the contact information I can find for Rappi or McDonalds is vaild. I am hungry and now angry. I suppose I have to call my bank and cancel payment. What a crock of........
