Terrible experience in terms of service, I got the back table right next to where I didn't know there was going to be a musician later, at that moment it was the only one available, they took my order and I was waiting for the food at that point. The table was wobbly a lot so I left the place to ask for a table change (I had to leave because the waiter was on the street looking at his cell phone) to which he told me that it was not possible because I had already sat there, at that time. At that moment I told him that there were already 2 more tables available, so he went to the table and placed a stone on it to wedge it, but I didn't see any problem.
I started to eat and I wanted bread but again the waiter was not there, so I went straight to the kitchen and where there was a person sitting next to the drinks bar, I asked him for the bread and he replied that he was not a waiter and that I should ask for it in the kitchen. bar in front, so I went to wait to be served, I returned to my table with the bread and a guitarist had started playing (I like music)
But I had it right next to my table and with a speaker, I tried to eat as quickly as possible and I ate as much as I could, but it is not at all pleasant to have a speaker next to you while you eat.
I wanted to order my food to take away, to which I again wanted to find the man in charge of my table but again he was not there, so I took my food to the counter where they gave me the bread to order my food to take away, when he was about to leave he saw me But he never asked if he needed anything, he just kept walking and took out his cell phone again and talked leaning on the bar with a delivery guy.
I feel that there is a very strong lack of service, the food is good but unfortunately the service is horrible, I cannot mention the waiter because he never showed up either, I think that apathy towards service is what prevails in the place, I hope they can soon Improve the service since the food is very good.
