If you’re thinking to upgrade to here don’t bother. It has one thing going for it the view. The food was awful I mean terrible and we got 2 cocktails each and I can honestly say worst cocktails I’ve ever had. The drinks at the main resort and platinum are 10 times better. They just want to up sell you. Also if you’re platinum you only get bottom shelf st chill out so if you like drinking cheap booze by all means spend $100 to get access then you’ll be alone drinking cheap vodka or rum. DISSAPOINTED

Located on the seaside, non-windowed restaurant, open to the sea, what a view and pleasure. We had a seafood dinner. Super good, pleasant time. We spent the week on the beach there. Naïvi gave us first class service! The chairs have cushions which allow you to sleep comfortably under the parasols. I recommend adding this extension to your junior package.

We found this hidden gem and didn’t want to go anywhere else while in the area. Luis and Rodrigo made our visits extra special. We enjoyed great views of the ocean, good food, and outstanding ambiance. Highly recommend if you are staying at the Princess Riviera or nearby. It was by far the highlight of our stay.

The worst restaurant I’ve ever been to, horrible food, steak was raw and cold 3 times in a row, shrimp tail was still frozen, food was bland, servers constantly try to sell you $500 wine non stop. All around worst restaurant experience I’ve had. People who say it’s good food really don’t know good food at all. waste of money.

We have been to this resort numerous times We love the breakfasts.Nancy,delFonso,Brenda,Marineland and Abalone take care of us very well and the coffee is always flowing.These people really make the experience great and we always feel welcome.We come to this resort for the beach and the Chill Out is great for breakfast,dinner and also the beach lounge.You never wait long for a delicious premium drink while lying on a beach lounger enjoying the ocean veiw.Cant wait to go back!

Fantastic place for a romantic dinner by the sea but atmosphere disturbed by pushy waiter named Pedro. Too many times at the table to offer products excluded from the all-inclusive! He wanted us to buy a bottle of wine at all costs!To conclude, he insistently wanted a review on his service, dictating what to write in the notes... to forget!

3 years in a row! We love this place and the people that work there! We always get the marinated duck with portobello mushrooms and every year only gets better! Highly recommend with a view of the beach!!

Just had one of the best seafood meals I have had. Staff was amazing. Nancy, idelfonso, Bersain, jhonathan, chef Antonio and Manger Miguel Chi were amazing. If anyone is in this area I highly recommend. Chill out restaurant #1
