Wow!!!! Stayed in Paradisus for 4 nights was so blessed to dine in Fuego. Our dinner was at 9 pm due to reservations restrictions. The wait was worthy. Elegant place , upscale and classy. Seated with a greeted smile from The hostess. Elvira our servant we were pleased with her personal attention to each diner. It was a busy night but our food came on time. The starter were smoked octopus ceviche with coconut sauce , mahahi with ponzu reduction and sweet coco milk and beef tenderloin kabob were prepared to perfection. The salads beef tenderloin was good but it’s still better the one I tasted in Peru. The Kenzie lamb chops mouthwatering cooked medium rare and Fuego delivered it. To end our dinner dessert was a gold star. Three combination of Peruvian mochi donut, quinoa ice cream and Love the coconut mousse. So advice try the Fuego cuisine in Paradisus.
What an amazing dining experience. Food was sensational and the experience was complimented by our awesome server, Sergio. His bright personality and menu suggestions enabled us to enjoy our Peruvian dining experience to the fullest.
Very nice spot on the beach. Excellent service. Great food. Margs are well done. The fresh scallop pasta was a hit.
Carlos the skilled chef treated us to an incredible dining experience. Every aspect of the meal was outstanding, from the appetizers to the main courses. Sergio offered us exceptional suggestions while ensuring our delicious drinks never ran dry. We ordered two delectable appetizers and he recommended a third, which certainly lived up to our expectations. We indulged in the Grouper ceviche, white tuna with coconut sauce, and were pleasantly surprised with a tuna Nikkei. They were all exceptionally flavorful. For our main course, we savored the beef tenderloin, tuna, and the seafood with rice, all of which were exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. As we sit in the restaurant after closing, we write this review because our experience was truly exceptional. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly, making it one of the best dining experiences we've had. I highly recommend it!
It cannot be stressed enough that Fuego is the restaurant to go to if you want the most fresh, flavourful and perfectly curated seafood dinner. Our two dinners at Fuego were by far the most delicious dining experiences during our stay at La Perla. It was so unbelievable that we even went back the next evening for dinner to try as much as we could on the menu! The first evening we followed the recommendations of our server and were absolutely blown away by the smoked octopus ceviche (starter), grilled octopus (main), tuna fish with sesame & quinoto (main), and the recommended desserts. The following evening was equally delicious, and even the cocktails from both nights (mango daiquiri, negroni, aperol spritz) were extraordinary. The service was lovely; on the second evening the staff remembered us, and the chef even came to our table to ensure the entire experience was amazing. Sitting outside in the quiet of the terrace made the dinners even more unique and enjoyable.

Was highly surprised by this spot. The selection of food was not what I expected but was pleasantly surprised. I have a new opinion on a few items thanks to them. A must when you stay here.

The restaurant was lovely and things started off well. The complimentary drink was so delicious. However all of the food that was supposed to be hot arrived cold. SAD FACE

We asked for food to be cooked a certain way and had to send it back. Attention to detail was not there and the foods had no flavor. Service was good but unfortunately the cooking staff was not.
Fuego was our first sit down meal of our trip, I will just say the rest of the restaurants have big shoes to fill. Both because of the amazing food but mostly because of Roberto who made a regular dinner a full experience. We tried so many things we would have never ordered, and loved them all. He was attentive, funny, and made this dinner so special. Even ensured we got a very special celebration for a special occasion. Come here, hope you get Roberto, and just eat whatever he tells you too - you won’t be sorry!!! Thank you Roberto!
We ate at Fuego many times during our stays. The waitstaff is wonderful, from as soon as you walk in the door with the hostess to the staff serving our table and those behind the counter as well. The management is excellent, the hostesses are so helpful, the waitstaff cater to your every need, and the food is wonderful. This restaurant is exactly what you have been missing.
