I went to this place because there was good music, the service was good but everything was with a plan, I ordered a mango smoothie, and a red eye, for only 2 drinks it was 500 pesos, the truth was the prices were exaggerated, the red eye on the ticket they were charging me for a cocktail called sex on the beach, I would not return again, it is an abuse in the prices that for only 2 drinks they have charged 500 pesos,

We found it in bad taste that they charge a 15% tip in general, since the prices are high and it is understandable, however they asked us for that 15% plus another percentage for the waitress. They told us that it was mandatory so they would be charged, which, being the first time, I agreed to avoid causing problems. The seafood they offer is not good, only the boneless ones. We honestly do not recommend it and since we see general situations, we know that this can reach the authorities for violating consumer policies.
Our consumption was $2,000 plus a $300 tip (mandatory) and we did not want to leave more because it seemed a little unfair that they forced us when it is not mandatory. We usually leave 10% without a problem but when this situation happens, it honestly takes away our desire to leave a tip.

This place is a Scam in a Scam in playa del Carmen. Make sure to ask for pricing before purchasing anything. Food is really bad.
Way over priced and overrated, drinks are very sweet and barely have tequila or alcohol.
This is a tourist trap.

Terrible, I have already come 4 times because I love live music but this time it was super disastrous that they gave me a bill that wasn't even mine, saying that even that bill was less than what I had consumed, they don't want the 20 percent tip or their cheerful girls, not even the boys are going to make me pay something that is not fair, I am going to pay what is fair ? terrible, I will not return here, it hurts about the place
