Domino's Playa Del Carmen

The establishment is very neglected, the trash can is overflowing with pizza, cardboard boxes and ketchup packets.
Also, terrible customer service. The place is not very hygienic and the tables are not cleaned after being used.
They do not respect the combos, charging more or sometimes without delivering the soft drink in the corresponding combo. And what an unpleasant surprise, there was a hair in my food.

Showed up over two hours late. They show online it’s delivered so they don’t have to give it free. This is the third time this happens with them.

Unbelievable that I need to say this as a Dominoid!!
It is awful here! Every single time the order is wrong.
Staff keeps speaking Spanish to me when I say I don’t, I handover my phone for Google translate and first she didn’t want to do it!!
Than a colleague just laughed about it.
And finally I read you could only order out of 3 pizzas!

When the pizza is correct they are good.

I tried to order online but apparently a regular pizza (create it yourself) is standard with pepperoni!! Couldn’t change that even though I didn’t choose pepperoni

Horrible home delivery service, they tell me 3 times that the pizza will arrive in 45 minutes and the hour passes and they even close at 10:30 p.m. without bringing the pizza. If they know that they are dealing with sweet potatoes and they are not going to give you the pizza, it is better that they tell me that they are not accepting any more orders and that I can order somewhere else. I wish you the worst as a company and hope that Cofepris visits you soon because the dirt is brutal in the premises.
