We received the worst treatment here at the Gaucho, starting with the receptionist who was expressly rude in receiving us, do not arrive late for the reservation even a couple of minutes, even because of the limited transportation within the hotel; since you will not want to receive them even if the restaurant is almost empty. While my dad was trying to mediate the situation, he was ignored for giving attention to a tourist who asked him something, giving better treatment to foreigners than to Mexicans. The waiter, with us already inside, did not want to serve us any more in the end, leaving the jug of water for us to help ourselves when we asked him before and leaving, in addition to forgetting the things we asked for. The worst treatment and service.

La Sra Rosy que nos atendió, no estaba de buen humor. Todo el mundo es tan atento que ella sobresalió por lo contrario las empanadas estaban tibias casi frías, la provoleta estaba tibia, tanto que era dura. El matambre a la pizza era finito como un bife de nalga, las fetas de jamón que tenían arriba, eran más gruesas que el matambre. Sin dudas, no fue el mejor

Tuesday, feb 28, no air conditionning, lots of smoke inside the place. I had a fried provolone as an appetizer but was barely warm, the steak i had was tasty but the meat wasn't tender. Overall good service but a little too speedy
We have been eating breakfast here the last several years since no longer adult only. The breakfast has been consistently good, the omelets are excellent, and the service is friendly. We especially appreciate Mirna who is the hostess Manager. She has been there for a number of years and is always so friendly and really makes us feel welcome. We like seeing her at the other restaurants as well. People like Mirna are the reason we come back to Sandos.
