Of all the food I ate in Cancun, this is the only place I remember. The local person was eating something like soup and rice for breakfast, so I asked for something like dajjagojja, and it was “posole.”It is a spicy soup food similar to chicken gomtang or chicken meat stew. Even though it was my first time trying this food, it was perfect for Korean tastes.The owner was really kind, and even though we couldn't communicate with each other, he helped me a lot to solve my questions.There was pepper and chili powder as spices in the posole, and the owner must have been moved when he saw a Korean eating soup while holding a bowl, so he brought some special spices, but it wasn't sancho powder or zephyr powder. I think it's a spice that only locals know about. Just like the ladies in Korea buy red pepper powder with each other... I asked where I could get it, but they said they couldn't get it. The owner said he could bring it to me if I waited 3 days. I ended up getting some. It was so delicious when I put it in the soup. Thank you, boss.And the pineapple juice was not too sweet, smooth and very delicious. When you order food, they give you a bunch of nachos, which are also addictive.
