It is portable Taco stand run by a family - mainly 3 generation s of females. I saw two nice young ladies cooking and serving - 4 year old daughter playing under the cart. Mom and grandma helping. They made us, 3 foreigners feel locals - charging us same price as locals with smiles.
Vegetarian options: They did give us Tortas with cheese and vegetables - there was enough salad on the table as well many different sauce.

Very good chilaquiles and morning tacos. The menudo is super clean and excellent flavor. The barbecue is very good too. I highly recommend it!
