Lately you have waiters who demand more than 10% tip and get upset when you leave only 10. They completely ruin the image of the rooftop and the incredible experience. Maybe someone should remind them that tipping is not the user's obligation and it is up to them to decide what percentage they want // can leave.

I visited The Fives rooftop today with a friend for her birthday and we had such a great time! From the start, Arturo was super funny and attentive and took such great care of us! Javier, the bartender, made some really delicious drinks. The food was delicious and wow what a gorgeous view from the rooftop. The next time I visit PDC, I'll be sure to come back!
It's worth every peso, they don't stop bringing you drinks and mimosas, they treated us 100 like locals, excellent view, excellent service. I will be back

It's a shame to see how the quality of service and attention has gone down here.Before going to the day pass roof, you were met by someone who welcomed you and answered all your questions from the moment you arrived until the time they left you on the roof. Now, there is no one to welcome you, you go to reception and it took them 35 minutes to serve me because a foreigner arrived, a foreigner was attended to. They asked me THREE TIMES if I already had a reservation, which was already PAID and I showed them the receipt and the only thing Momserrath at reception and Josedir did was ASK ME AGAIN if I already had a reservation or if it was paid for, which would not have happened if They would have taken the time to TAKE CARE OF MY HUSBAND AND ME instead of PRIORITIZING every foreigner, usually a gringo, who arrived. Some time ago I was at the Fives Downtown, at the rooftop, and Leticia did an amazing job as a waitress! She really deserved the big tip! Me and my friend were here on a holiday from Holland! I highly recommend this rooftop and to get your drinks and food from the wonderful help of Leticia!
