It was ok but 2 years ago. Now when you order to go via app they make it ready after 1 hour or more. Terrible service. My food was siting 40 min at the counter waiting for my pick up and the box was all dirty from other orders. I don't know how many people were standing by my food but it wasn't eatable. The food was cold, smelly and the lettuce was brown, obviously expired. It is a health hazard to eat there. I was there also last week to order to go and waited at least 30min for a salad to go.

I like to go for the food but there is poor quality of staff in the sideboard, I always see a lot of people and there are not enough of them and the tables are always dirty, they need more training or being more aware of the service

I am a frequent customer but they give me less and less product, they express themselves with rude gestures or mockery and the service has gotten much worse (In reality it was never good) They take a long time to serve you and they do it reluctantly, plus they are always talking, playing or criticizing to the clients. They do not answer the cell phone to help with bills or home orders. I loved eating there, I used to eat up to 4 times a week, now I'm thinking about going because I get upset. Furthermore, the extras are very expensive and when they serve you it is nothing. They also say 3 times that in my orders by Rappi or to take away they put avocado bad, enlamado. Very disappointed in this place already.

I always buy here and I like their salads but today I ordered a matcha bowl with seasonal fruits and pure matcha wine and banana and only three slices of strawberry and that's what they charge 250... put a little bit of fun into the product, don't deceive
I ordered a super foods salad to take away, I changed the base (with a bad face) because it was already rusty and I told him. And then at home I realized that the vegetables are old, the cauliflower is sour, sour, and I ruined the entire salad because they mixed it. The quality has dropped dramatically. Low low quality ingredients... :( Its not cheap for those low class ingredients and very old vegetables

I like this place. It is not cheap. I got a poke bowl for around mx200. Salmon was fresh and flavors were yummy.Would recommend, especially if you are feeling kind of starved for healthy food!
