Terrible service, besides the fact that I found a pubic hair in one of the ice creams, I asked to speak with the manager of Nombre Monserat, I think her badge said about the issue of pubic hair and in the most rude and arrogant way she answered that it was not her problem. and that I did as I wanted, as if the prices of their products were so cheap and on top of that with that bad attitude, I will never return to that place!!!
