My review is for the store, there are not many options like before and you enter and those who serve do not pay much attention

This Hard Rock was a bust. We went in as a panic option travelling with our 10 year old who wasn’t ready to try authentic Mexican food yet.
Nachos were soggy and bland. Sliders also lacked flavour. We should have known better as no one was asking us to come eat there as others on Quinta Avenida do and the hostess seemed surprised we wanted to eat there.

Classic Hard Rock Cafe with the atmosphere and service you expect. My wife and I try to hit HRCs wherever we go and we usually have a great experience. Both of us were a little let down by the food at this location. She had the chicken Caesar and it was just ok. My Diablo double burger was not good at all, but the fries were hot and crisp and the drinks cold. Speaking of cold, the A/C was nice and cool and they placed us at a table directly in the cool air path which was nice. Again, great service, just not the best food this time around.

In this place they do not provide you with an invoice for your consumption, although they tell you that with your ticket you invoice online, the system does not work, when you contact the place by phone they do not resolve anything, they tell you to send an email requesting billing but they pass the days and they don't send anything. Terrible service, I will proceed to inform the SAT since all businesses are required to issue an invoice.

We went yesterday for dinner at 11:20 p.m. and they told us that the kitchen closed at 11:30 p.m., I told the employee that Google Maps indicated that it closed at 1 a.m. and they finally let us in. The burgers were exquisite, the potatoes with bacon and cheese simply delicious. The waitress who served us was very attentive and friendly.
