Excelente experiencia, lo único malo fue el servicio, no nos prestaron mucha atención y no celebraron a mi acompañante por su cumpleaños a pesar de que lo comente al momento de reservar y en la recepción

The service we received was amazing. We had 5 kids with us and that was the easiest dinner we've been to and the girls loved the show! Rodo is absolutely amazing - the level of attention was beyond!

Great ambiance but very expensive Also be careful they will offer you the most expensive drinks We got 2 shots without getting any warning that the cost was going to be $175 dollars we were shocked A dinner for 4 adults and 2 kids was close to $600 dollars plus 2 shots for $175 dollars

Pésima experiencia el servicio y atención de muy baja calidad nos hicieron esperar alrededor de 20 min para asignarnos nuestra mesa y nos mandaron a un rincón en donde no pudimos ver los shows y los meseros venían cada media hora , la comida de baja calidad y fría donde la dejaron olvidada para llevar a la mesa tmb a la hora de pagar esperamos por más de 20 min en que nos trajeran terminales . Servicio pobre , elitista y el lugar para el tipo de comida sobrevalorado. Necesitan tratar al cliente por lo que es no por nacionalidades , apariencias sino por lo que es. Mucho que desear del servicio y trato del personal Nada recomendable

Nuestra experiencia en Ilios de Playa del Carmen ha rozado la excelencia. La comida, el servicio, el trato, la atención han sido del mas alto nivel. La ambientación de la sala, la temática o el show estuvieron muy bien aunque creo que también conllevan el que no se consiga la excelencia del restaurante. Porque o se es restaurante o se es discoteca. Y eso tampoco seria problema porque hay muchos restaurantes con show o espectáculo musical. El problema esta cuando parte (en este caso 3 mesas de niñatos hijitos de papa, niños pijos o fresas como se les llama en Mexico, cuyas mesas estan distanciadas entre ellas y la tuya esta en medio) de los comensales solo quieren discoteca. Tanto los camareros como el propio gerente del restaurante nos dieron opción de cambiarnos de ubicación, cosa que agradecimos pero era una complicación mas para ellos con todo el trabajo que tenian. Salvo este inconveniente cuya única responsabilidad para el restaurante fue la no previsión de la que podían liar 25 israelís con exceso de billete para poder ubicarlos bien, solo puedo recomendar el lugar, por calidad de la comida, trato y servicio.

You go to a Greek restaurant for a Greek experience not an Arabic one. The music was off. Too loud we could not hear each other. The cocktails by Celeste were bland and the food not as good as it used to be. They have lost their way.

I didn't like the food, it was very expensive, the service is very good, you can't even see the show, it's so saturated that not even the waiters pass comfortably and in addition they told us that there is a time of 2 HRS that is in terrible taste that is to say you have to make a reservation and after 2 HRS you have to vacate even if you continue consuming, I personally do not recommend it nor do I plan to return.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and the food was delicious. Our waiter was initially friendly and helpful, but after we left a $15 tip, he suddenly became grumpy and stopped providing good service. This behavior was disappointing and unfortunately marred our otherwise positive experience at the restaurant.

I would advise the management to address how their staff handles customer interactions, particularly regarding tips!

Very good place, the attention of the staff is the best thing about the place, Facundo was excellent, he was always aware of what we might need as well as the entire team, the food is good, the Tulum branch in relation to food is very superior, I don't know why. They have vegetarian and vegan options ????????
