I came with my family for a last dinner in Playa del Carmen and they didn't have 60% of the food we ordered. The problem is that they notified us 30 minutes after ordering, while we were all waiting to enjoy that last dinner together. The remaining 40% of the food was tasteless food (not even salt). Horrible experience, avoid this expensive and ugly place. I would give it -1 stars, but sadly that is not possible.
