I like the food but if after 20 minutes your staff still can't find my house, which is in the center of Playa del Carmen, I think you should consider looking for smarter people or different GPS systems to grow your business. I have never Found a food delivery man who did not have enough information about the two streets where my house is. The service is very slow and in 2024 I think it can be better, we are not in the 80's. Good luck.

The foods are decent in taste, and with average prices, they take away your hunger and cravings, no more.Definitely only delivery or takeaway because the place does not invite you to stay and consume there, they even run out of AC on more occasions than expected.I would recommend the Boneless Fries and the Atomic sauce

It was a Horrible Experience after ordering we waited more than 1:20 minutes, the staff is not qualified to give a solution the only thing I could Cancel was, and obviously I was not going to eat with courage, so 3 more people canceled Terrible the attention I won't come back at all, it was rude!!!

They damage the superbowl!!! We have been clients for more than 3 years. We placed an order in Playa del Carmen with the lemon pepper sauce, which is a buffalo sauce with a touch of lemon and pepper. They brought something tasteless with just lemon and pepper that doesn't taste like anything, nor did they add any salt. We called to make the claim and they said that they changed the sauce and that they published it on networks which is a lie!!! They didn't solve us. We asked to speak to a supervisor and he is not available. We literally threw the wings in the trash, they didn't taste like anything, you prepare better ones yourself, they ruined our afternoon.
In love with the wing and boneless of this place, I wish the presentation of the takeaway was different, but nothing bad or disappointing, the important thing is the good taste, the place could use a little cleanliness since there is trash, it's not the place's fault it's just A point of
