I only bought cigars, good service and products, lack of stock and weakness in financial formality, I am a foreigner, I paid by card and since it was Friday afternoon I did not have time to make an invoice, so I discounted the taxfree, it was agreed to send it to me on Monday…. It's been several weeks and it never arrives.
Thank you!! This type of behavior does not take care of the tourist.
The girl treated me excellently, she helped me with my doubts... I loved her service

Arrived at 11:20 to see no sign of life.Came back an hour later to see what they had in the humidor. Which seemed to be fairly above what Cubans should be stored in.I noted that many of the cigars are splitting and have signs of mold on them. The lady working there picked one up and said "yeah it's the himidity", then placed it right back down.Needless to say I thanked her for her service and hightailed it out of there.Prices are obviously a major gouge as its geared for drunk white tourists to look fancy in photos. So obviously it's going to be ridiculous.
Not a large humidor and the cigars were definitely tourist priced!

I went to this place in search of cigars or cigars, the guy who helped me answered my questions so I could choose correctly, they have a lot of variety and with different prices, you can ask if you don't know to make the best decision. The costs range from affordable to very expensive and you can buy one piece. You can also come to have a drink and smoke a cigar.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. We had a horrible experience at this location from beginning to end. It had been raining, so my family and I were outside the shop closing r umbrellas when a staff member came outside, didn’t greet us or nothing, just told us “this is private property in case you didn’t know.” We had to inform her that we were just closing our umbrellas and waiting for a few friends that were going to buy some cigars. While we were waiting, an American couple arrived and the staff greeted them right away and got them seated. Opposite of what she did to us. Also, as we walked into the shop, she never explained anything to us and just ignored us, but as soon as we walked into the back room where all the cigars were, she ran to us and got mad that we had walked into the room without her. We had no knowledge that we were not allowed back there because like I’ve said, she never explained anything to us. After we told her that she should’ve informed us because we were unaware, she states “Well, I’m busy. I’m the only one working here.” Keep in mind that the only other customers that were there was the couple who were outside smoking and she had already been inside for about 10 minutes just standing behind the counter on her phone. It was a complete disappointment to be looking forward to this experience and being treated this way.

We went to smoke a hookah and were very happy to learn that the tobacco brand was from Al Fakher. However, the establishment does not know how to do it. The hookah doesn't smoke, there's no taste, we rebuilt it, but it didn't get any better. The waitress doesn't understand what's wrong with the hookah, but you don't need to be a heavy smoker to understand that the hookah has NO TASTE or smoke. We smoke every day all over the world, but we have never tasted worse. If this establishment learns how to make a hookah correctly, it will be great. The waitress didn't even make a discount, although we couldn't smoke this hookah at all and just left after an unsuccessful attempt to remake it. Not to mention the fact that, in principle, we should not pay for a product and service that is not performed professionally.
A disappointment, great variety but totally inaccessible.
To give an example...Cohiba Siglo 2 in Spain for €9-13 and €50 there...
And so with everyone, if you want to smoke cigars, I recommend Mexican; brands like I love you and the king's positions...they are not abanos but they are not bad.
I don't understand why there is such a difference in price, but any model is much more expensive.
Warm welcome by Angel. Many different cigars. Few sealed boxes. Some regionals and limitada. Lots of Cohiba. As a seasoned Aficionadus I highly recommend it.
Beautiful lounge... with exquisite selection of Cuban cigars. Super friendly service, the girl working there is so lovely and helpful!
Although they do have actual Cuban cigars here, the selection is lack luster and very expensive. If you want a true La Casa Del Habano experience catch the ferry to Cozumel. There is another as soon as you get off the boat. Ask for Rudy, he speaks English and will treat you right. Cigars are priced more accordingly and margaritas are perfecto!
