Restaurant was completely empty at 6:30 p.m. for dinner. The guacamole was similar to bad store bought guacamole. New York steak was rubbery and looked like a much lower cut. Shrimp tacos were very bland. Stale chips. And very overpriced to top it off.

It is an excellent location to have an experience for the two of you in a group. Is there room for improvement? Definitely.

If it weren't for the fact that we'd taken the all inclusive at the hotel, I would have walked out without paying. We had the glazed pork chop, and it was so overcooked and dry it was almost inedible. However, the truffle parmesan fries were pretty good. The service here is shocking.. so slow, and have heard other people complain as we are eating for the same reason. The view is nice, but the equivalent of $130 for two very burned pork chops and some chips, with a 3 drinks, is AWFUL!

Los meseros no atienden bien, supongo que están acostumbrados a atender a los clientes que se hospedan ahí de una forma como atienden en todos los “todo incluido” y generalmente esa forma no es muy buena! Así que la comida bien, lugar muy padre, pero atención mala.
The breakfast is impeccable, a lot of different types of food, custom omelets and also exotic mexican food. The drinks were also very good and the food for lunch is very tasty. Has a great view of the ocean and everyone is very friendly.

The food is spectacular and feels very artisanal, it takes a long time but the flavor is worth the wait. The attention of the waiters is not bad, just very poor, I had to order dessert 3

The meat was so soft and tender .The salmon tacos were also delicious , big portion so 2 tacos will fill you up quickThe pastor octopus had good flavor , but im not a big octopus fan so i wouldnt get it againThe steak tacos were really good as well the meat was flavorful and tender

Went here for our first night at the Grand Hyatt Resort. Food was amazing and service was great. Price is a bit strep but definitely worth it.

Great food, location, and service. Brunch is reasonably priced and includes a self serve buffet and menu that allows you to purchase as many items as you like from lattes to iced coffee, fresh juices, French toast, waffles, pancakes, local dishes, a variety of dishes with eggs and meat.

I love this hotel and restaurant. You can dine and enjoy the glorious views of the ocean all at the same time. The staff are always so friendly greeting you with the biggest smiles and friendliness. They are very attentive and helpful always. The hostess Zaira and the waitress Tevesitta were very pleasant to talk to. They constantly came by to check in which was very helpful. The food was of course very good as well.
