Shut down your unnecessary loud music! The place is always empty, it doesn’t look like a nightclub, the music is so loud that I cannot hear myself even while being outside. The horrible place for drunk tourists that get lost on the way home

Had a couple passion fruit margaritas w/ G4 Blanco and then had a neat pour of Tierra Noble Cristalino. Ask for Allan, he was a pleasure to talk with.

Last night we booked a reservation for New Years Eve dinner to celebrate. Let me begin by saying I expect prices to be somewhat "elevated" for a night such as this, anywhere you go, however what they charged (equivalent to $165.00 US per person) was not a good value. No drinks were included, so the actual out the door cost is more like $200 per person. I am also not a fan of pre-paying before we even get there but understand why they do it. Now to the actual reviewing part. They were understaffed from the get go, and unprepared. Our reservation was for 8:00 and we stood outside until 8:30 with other patrons until they opened the doors. Once inside, the restaurant was appropriately decorated & we were greeted by the manager. My suspicions were elevated when it took almost 20 mins to get our 1st drink. When the appetizer came out, it was nicely presented & tasted great! However,.....our entrees took 2 hours to arrive, and that was only because we asked for it! Great presentation, but the food was room temperature at best! We immediately told the manager & he sent it back for a "do over". 2nd attempt? Also a miserable fail, coming out looking great but exact same issue, it was still cold. By this point we were so late to our scheduled plans to visit with local friends on the beach and watch the fireworks, that we ate about 6 bites each (given how hungry we were due to extended wait times). Then simply got up, paid for our drinks, & didn't even eat dessert. We barely made it back to our hotel with about 9 minutes to spare after sprinting to see the fireworks. Adding insult to injury, my wife ended up with a violent case of food poisoning and was up all night. I am no stranger to paying a little more for a great meal at a nice place, but this, as well as the "lasting effects" was one of the biggest wastes of money and disappointing experiences we have ever had at a restaurant AND it completely ruined the NYE celebration, which was the primary focus of this trip. I know our friends who traveled with us feel the same way. We would not return given the level of competition and terrific places we are accustomed to eating at while in Playa. This was an EPIC FAIL! I do not have the option for a negative "start" review or these guys would have nailed it...

It’s literally just a scam. Bar is always empty. Staff just lure tourists in from the street to charge a ridiculous amount for basic drinks. Don’t bother there’s literally no use for this place.

Horrible obnoxious music. There is a reason it is completely empty. Read other reviews about price gouging, hopefully they go out of business soon.

There is a reason it's empty and needs someone out front trying to get you to come inside. No matter the time of day, the music is so loud you can't hear yourself think. See all the other reviews about price gouging and you've pretty much got the picture.
