I went yesterday, I asked for bottled water and they brought me glasses of water but on the bill they were charging for bottles of water, when the clarification was made after paying it was when they brought us bottles and not glasses.

Half an hour for them to serve us coffee. The waitress was Mariana. It seems that there is only 1 waitress and 1 waitress for the entire restaurant, they lack staff.

In general, its quality has gone down, I honestly would not return, greetings.

This is a place where you can have delicious breakfast at very affordable prices. The croissants are delicious, as is the brioche bread. Special mention to Juan Manuel del Río, the manager, who was super attentive and friendly at all times. The excellent service that complements the delicious food is appreciated.

Bad experience- almost 1 hour wait during breakfast!! The chef has to be trained in how to cook the eggs since what they sell as poached are, on the contrary, well cooked!! After the hour of waiting and returning the eggs, they came back extra raw !! Be careful, don't order the quiche!! My wife was intoxicated after eating it!! They probably don't know how to control their temperatures!! They need a hygiene inspection!! Very disappointed

Pessimistic customer service, bad service and false promotions.

I bought sweet breads for the whole family to take away and they put them in a single paper bag, they were all squeezed and torn. The coffee is not worth it either, better to choose any other coffee shop in this area.

I think it wasn't a good day to go because all the waiters, the manager, everyone looked super stressed... the service left a lot to be desired and another table left for the same reason, the dishes took too long to arrive, I only ordered a frappe coffee and a piece of bread, the ice in the coffee was not frappe, it was just crushed and with the very narrow straw that they gave me it kept getting covered with pieces of ice, very unpleasant to be drinking something that is supposed to be shaving like that, from bread that I chose, they told me that there was no more and then I see that they offer that bread to the table next to me who did order the combo from the menu. Maybe most of them were new and that's why I was nervous, then I ask for the billing information and the waitress is super nervous without finding the email, she goes somewhere else and the manager starts looking for the email.... anyway, The experience was chaos. I hope they improve and I can visit them another time.

Plus jamais non seulement on a du attendre trop longtemps pour être servi mais en plus de ça au moment de payer le serveur nous apporte l'addition de 361 pesos et il sort son gsm avec la calculatrice où il nous demande de payer 489 pesos comme quoi il a rajouté son pourboires non seulement il dépasse largement les 20% mais il ne te laisse même pas le choix
