Bad attention. If you don't have change, they won't fight you. All very rude. You talk to the cashier and she doesn't even answer. We left him the 500 peso bill. And he didn't take it, nor did he tell us that he wasn't going to place the order for us, or anything. I just leave it there. Too bad business. The owner should be careful who he hires. Due to this attitude of the employees, they can earn a very bad reputation.
A place you should visit if you come to Playa del Carmen, the food tastes good and is at a good price
Kid-friendliness: If you can bring the whole family
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, of course, it has good space to enter a wheelchair.

Service was fine, price is good compared to the area. $24 pesos per quesadilla as of March 2024. However, the quesadillas taste absolutely ..... disgusting. It's probably the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth in PDC or in life. This food was TERRIBLE. It was soooooo nasty.... I have no clue what they put in it lol... im actually shocked it was so bad, I have no probably eating a new places and ordering whatever, im not picky at all - just hungry but hunger could've even mask how nasty this food was. And I got 4 different ones, each one tasted the same and each one really disgusting. So weird.

They get you out of trouble, they are not delicious but it is not bad, it is just that the service is terrible. They have changed the staff and yet it is still poor and lacking in attention.

Discriminatory behavior - I arrived to order when there was no one else there. I like supporting local, so I was exited to find this place to sit down. I ordered and they asked me to sit down at the table closest to the street because of my service dog. Even though they technically shouldn't have asked that, I complied to make things easier on everyone and because I know not everyone is used to/has the culture of how to treat able-bodied folks with service dogs. They asked me to pay on advance and I went to get my wallet when I realized I had lost it! I told them I'd be back. They asked if they should cancel my order. I said I'd look for my wallet and that I'd be back. I was very hungry and knew I needed to figure out how to get some food anyways. After a while of retracing my steps, I couldn't find my wallet. I was able to withdraw money with my bank app and I returned. This time, all the tables except for one were taken. I sat on the table that was free and asked for my order. The lady started arguing with me because of my service dog. I told her I was in compliance with the law. I carry my dogs certification, my healthcare professional's letter, and the Mexican law with me. I offered to show her all these things. She said they didn't matter, that the establishment didn't accept dogs. I said it was discrimination, she disagreed with me. The video shows what happened at that time.A Mexican family that was there but had not yet ordered said that if I was leaving they'd leave as well. They were around six loving individuals that embraced me and showed incredible solidarity. I was at the point of tears and so was the mom of the family. They assured me I should not be the one feeling bad, they should...The lady kept calling my service dog a "pet" and me a "pet lover," and her unwillingness to be informed in the law was enraging. I said I'd call the authorities and she answered "go ahead." Honestly, I hope they either learn how to treat people, or go out of business, because no one deserves to be treated like I was...

It doesn't have good service, 1 hour for 6 quesadillas, and one arrived with a fly in the stew.

Good price/performance ratio. Quesadilla tastes quite good from homemade dough. Only the waiting time is quite long. The lady does everything very carefully and is definitely not in a hurry :

Quesadillas at CDMX prices! ? a good entrance before boarding the Ferries and/or to end a visit to the 5th. Avenue in Playa del Carmen. If you want something "express" but hey, these quesadillas are fine (there are several options) just be careful! The people in charge are always in a bad mood, apart from this an economical place to pass through. Greetings travelers!
