The only thing about Paris is the smell of food.

I usually order food here, and there have been several occasions when the puree comes raw or the rice burnt and dry.The chicken stews are good, unfortunately it has arrived incomplete on several occasions and this already causes a major annoyance.

Terrible customer service from the staff that serves the food and the cashier, it is a shame that their food is very delicious but in terms of customer service they no longer have that kindness and patience to serve the customer as before.

Nothing with french food very salty food we couldn't finish it
For the price, you get a big amount of okay tasting food. Nothing special, nothing bad. Extraordenary friendly service. Has nothing to do with french food, it is asian fast food.
We enjoyed our breakfast. Portions are very small however and food is average. I don't regret going there but wouldn't go back.
Within moments of arriving to the restaurant a large black and white dog approached my small dog and I. He seemed friendly but quickly became aggressive. I was forced to pull this large dog off of mine with no assistance from staff. When I asked who the dog belonged to, staff told me the dog was homeless. However, the dog was never told to leave, it remained by the bar for our entire visit. No one ever apologized to me or asked if my dog and I were OK. No one. If your restaurant is pet friendly, you should be concerned with your customers and their pets instead of a dog that has no owner, had we have been injured Le Petit Shoux would have been responsible. Not smart. To make matters worse the food I ordered was very poor. The drink was sour and the bread was hard. When I voiced my concerns about the food & drink to my waitress she told me I was unable to change anything drink so I sent it back full to the brim but kept the sandwich. I paid full price for both. Terrible experience all the way through for me and my dog. My friends and I will not be back.
Breakfasted at the P’tit Shoux location on corner of 56th and 5th Ave. Friendly service, excellent warm croissants, good coffee orange juice. The “Quebecois » combo was hefty. Perfectly made cheese omelette with excellent bacon stuffed in a croisant that was top quality. A side salad accompanied the omelette. Nice tropical atmosphere as well. Very affordable.

The food is good however the service is terrible. It took them 1h15 to cook 3 dishes without being even full... Anyway good food but not recommended if you have plans for the day.
We only managed to grab a couple of croissants here for the return ferry to Cancun. The croissant is divine! Buttery, flaky, light, just like you would have in France. Will be returning to check out their other delicious goodies when back in Isla mujures!
