I just changed my mind.... Terrible service, the waiter who is serving us was super really bad bad bad service.

A terrible attitude, if I am here it is because I know that the food is very good, but the waiter's service is bad.

He was not even able to explain the menu "on the digital menu it says what comes" "I don't know the full menu".

You can have good quality food but bad service ruins "the whole experience" we prefer not to continue consuming.

(Be careful, we are 4 people and all 4 of us have the same perception about the waiter)

Even though the waiter knew that his service was terrible, he did not even go to return the change for a tip that was not earned, the very honest man never brought the change... It's not the money, it's the experience. They declined a lot.

Very good service, affordable prices, the chelada is very delicious and also the hamburgers, they have good promotions, only the potatoes I didn't like 100% but you can eat them.
The only thing that needs to be improved is the bathrooms since they are a bit dirty and smell a bit unpleasant.

The food is of poor quality, the burgers are tasteless and the bread is very dry, the wings are very burnt. We left almost the entire burger paying for something we ate, they really need to improve the quality of their food!!

I ordered some wings and cheese fingers through DiDi. The cheese fingers came empty of cheese, they were pure air (the first time that happens to me with any establishment), the wings were burnt, the sauces were HORRIBLE, the Cajun was pure oil, the mango like bathtub tasted like Valentina, the Tamarindo chipotle It was a sweet syrup and the Garlic Parmesan tasted like pure garlic. Horrible, the net, of all the wings I have eaten, Hanse wins the award for the worst. They should change the cooks and the recipe because, clearly, they were not worth what I paid, completely disgusting, I definitely do not recommend it.

They go from bad to worse, this is a mess according to the waiter
They say they literally only have 4 jars
They suck each other

It doesn't deserve but not even a star. It was an order. They didn't send ranch or vegetables. The sauces were separate when I didn't ask for them that way and they sent instead of a dressing it looked like disgusting used oil. I don't recommend ordering there.

Don't order anything food related. It's terrible specially anything fried.

Bathroom was a nightmare. No toilet paper, soap, paper towels, had holes in the walls and broken toilet seats. Most of bar looked in disrepair and need of a makeover.

Can someone tell me who is going to send me my invoice, I'm dialing and dialing the number and email and there is no sign of anyone, so they can put that information if they don't pay attention.
