Definitely the worst Mac in the world. They don't turn on the air conditioning (I suppose to save money); I mean it's about 200 degrees inside, well the Caribbean and extreme heat. They take a long time to serve you, let alone place an order, and I went when the place was practically empty; Not to mention that they almost never have a full stock of the menu. I find it incredible that in an area that has tourism all year round, Mac has the worst branch of all

I visited this branch several times and they always failed in everything. The last time I had to leave without eating anything because "they had run out of hamburgers" at 7 in the afternoon, I couldn't believe it! It is incredible that attention like this is located on 5th Avenue in such a central location.
The service is always bad and super slow, from the cashier to the kitchen. Poor tourist leaves with that impression, given that, in the rest of the world, the chain is known for being one of the best "fast food."
And it is worth noting that with a thermal sensation of more than 40° almost every day, they never have the air conditioning/climate on, about which there is at least half an hour of delay, you will die of heat in there.

NEVER GO THERE!? we ordered fries chicken nuggets sprite and sauce it took super long like half an hour it was also very hot inside and they had no air conditioning we got half the order so we walked back and they didn't speak a word of english the staff did nothing to bring you a nice lunch.
