It does not have air conditioning and in a place as hot as Playa del Carmen it is necessary to have it for the customer as well as its workers, bad service from the employees at the counter, very dry and do not serve with a smile, the bad vibes and the place needs remodeling, very neglected, food very good

I was craving some North American food and went to McDonald’s for a Quarter Pounder ? The service was fine, the burgers were good but the space had no air conditioning which made it uncomfortable to eat there.
