Very good burgers. I just didn't give the food 5 stars because of the portion if it is a little small for my point of view, although a good chef will tell you that the culinary experience is not the quantity, but the quality. Highly recommended

We have been customers of Mu for several years, it is our recommendation for hamburgers in Playa del Carmen. That said, in recent years the quality, flavor and image were not as they were at the beginning. Now with the expansion of the menu, the presentation and the good portions, they returned to what it was at the beginning, congratulations to the staff for the excellent service.

This location is much more chilled than the other one in town. Worth the walk. Burgers and salads are super well made. I just got a standard smash burger and it tasted very premium. Really friendly server who spoke English well. Prices are high. Similar to US Canada but spending and tipping here helps the locals.

Don’t come here if you want to eat during business hours. I came at 11pm, they close at midnight and I was turned away. The waitress stated the kitchen was closed and they close at 11:30. Very unprofessional.

I loved it.
I came by chance and they immediately welcomed me smiling. Although the food was not very fast. The waiters are always attentive and very warm.
I ordered takeout and both burgers were excellent and good portions. On the second occasion the bread was drier, but nothing to ruin the flavor. They didn't have potatoes either like the first time (they apparently ran out) but since it was the second time of my bad luck they managed to give me half a portion haha
I would go again another time :)

We had the Mu 2.0 with sweet potato fries and Me haces sentir en el cielo! The wagyu smash burgers here are so flavorful and quit possibly the best burgers we’ve ever had!! The atmosphere was inviting and fun!

Awesome. Awesome burgers, awesome service, and great atmosphere (both outside and inside). The kitchen makes the burgers just as you order. Highly recommend if you like burgers and great service. $350 with drinks. JULY 2024.

From all the reviews I was very excited to try this restaurant but they must not be real
We Ordered for take out and honestly the worst burgers we ever ate
2 of them were raw and the 3rd was a totally a different burger than what was ordered
All 3 ordered without cheese and they all came with cheese
I found a piece of bone in mine and nearly broke my tooth
2 of our guests had severe stomach issues all night

We ordered 3 burgers to take away, 2 medium and one well cooked, all three were raw. My family used to really like these burgers, but today they disappointed us so much that we would never go back and of course never recommend them. Specifically the branch on 45th Street. My wife ordered one at the 10th branch and it was excellent. So don't go to 45, go to 10. It's incredible that even the bacon was raw. It is sad to see that the quality drops so much and that the prices are expensive, cost has never been a problem, but after today's experience it is not worth it at all. The service is good, but when the food is bad the only thing left to do is stop eating and recommend people not to eat there.
